Prestige Silver Oak
Prestige Silver Oak is a 4 Bedroom Villa. A unique feature of this home is its open plan on the ground floor where the living, dining and kitchen encompass one space. Our design engages with this open plan to allow all three spaces to take on the physicality of one another. The window treatment is minimal to optimise the natural light from the backyard into the space. As a contrast, a rich wall panelling in wood with wall mounted featured artwork in metal add playfulness into the space.
The bedrooms follow the same pattern, neutral yet sophisticated in their composition.
